Our Lab and Museum of Environmental Posters is an archive that finally had hound a home for more than 10000 posters. Its collection presents posters from International Triennial The 4th Block, a unique designer\u2019s exhibition, held every three years in Kharkiv \u2013 a second largest city in Ukraine. Its aim is to bring together the latest trends and innovations in international poster design, displaying in each new exposition the most recent poster art from all over the globe, which has ecological objective or connotation. The name \u201cThe 4th<\/sup> Block\u201d comes from the reactor number 4, which was destroyed in the explosion in the Chernobyl nuclear power plant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Triennial, first held in 1991 as a small poster action commemorating a five year anniversary of the Chernobyl disaster, had gradually transformed into a world-renowned festival of eco-artistic events and exhibitions, drawing together participants both from inside Ukraine and from outside its borders. With each new Triennial more and more contributors are sending their works to the exhibition. Today \u201cThe 4th<\/sup> Block\u201d collection has over 4500 posters from 46 countries all over the world.

We are so happy that finally can share our collection with the public and also what to share some process photos from the concept to a great opening.
