Today is the day when we remember the 38th anniversary of the tragic events at the Chornobyl Nuclear Power Plant. We express our heartfelt gratitude to all those who worked on eliminating the ill-efects of the disaster. We would especially like to acknowledge Oleg Veklenko, a Chornobyl liquidator and the founder and president of the 4th Block Triennale. While honoring this tragic day, we are glad to announce the winners of the 12th 4th Block Triennale. We extend our deepest appreciation to the esteemed jury members whose efforts helped make this celebration of creative artistry possible.
